Eastman Lake:
Size of Eastman Lake: 335 acres; 2 miles long x ½ mile wide
Height of lake: 1,095 feet above sea level
Depth of lake: Average depth is 10 feet; deepest spot is 30 feet.
Ownership of lake: All lakes (actually “great ponds” in New Hampshire) are owned by the state and must have some form of public access.
Lake access: Eastman Members may rent paddleboards, kayaks and other watercraft through Recreation. Lake Hosts monitor the public boat launch (located on the south end) to inspect watercraft throughout the season. Watercraft storage opportunities are available for Eastman Members through the ECA Office on a first come, first served basis. However, watercraft cannot be left without a paid rental space.
Beaches: Eastman has six beaches that are open only to Eastman Members and guests: South Cove*, East Lake, North Cove*, East Cove, West Cove A* and West Cove B.

Type of fish in the lake: Pickerel, small and largemouth bass, and suckers. Catch and release is recommended.
Roads, Trails & Wildlife:
Paved and unpaved roads: 55 miles
Hiking trails: 17 miles
Groomed cross country/snowshoe trails: 36K, or nearly 22.5 miles
List of typical wildlife: Loons, fox, bear, moose, deer, turtles, woodpeckers, and much more!
Golf, Pool, Racquet Sports:
Eastman Golf Links: The first 9 holes opened in 1972; the second 9, in 1976.
Golf course statistics: Yardage 6,731; Par 71; Rating 73.5
Pool dimensions: 75 feet long x 24 feet wide, not including the walkway or shallow “kiddie” area
Tennis: Eight Har-Tru tennis courts are located on Draper Road. Reservations are recommended: Eastman.tennisbookings.com
Pickleball: Five courts are located on Glenwood in Eastman’s Springfield section.
